here sal here's what i was sent.
tC Release Series 5.0
Scion has teamed up with Toyota Racing Development (TRD) to create the ultimate tC enthusiast vehicle. The Scion tC has always been a platform for performance enhancements.
Scion has now equipped that platform like never before with TRD accessories and TRD badging inside and out.
The tC Release Series 5.0 comes in gloss black, a color perfectly suited for a TRD-themed model. Completing the vehicle are the following interior and exterior enhancements:
TRD Edition 18” Matte Black Alloy Wheels with Red Trim
TRD Red Lowering Springs
TRD Red Rear Sway Bar
TRD Sport Muffler
Black Leather Steering Wheel with Red Stitching
Black Fabric Seats with Red Highlights
TRD Logo Floor Mats
Cargo Mat
TRD Exterior Badge
Individually Numbered Release Series Badge
Available color-keyed lip spoiler (limited run)
Approximately 2,000 tC Release Series 5.0 units will be produced. MSRP for the special edition package is $2,300. The limited-run Black spoiler (DIO only) has an MSRP of $285 (installation not included).
The Scion/TRD partnership has created a vehicle of considerable value.
The tC Release Series 5.0 remains $2,605 less expensive than the Honda Civic SI ($2,320 less with the DIO lip spoiler)[1].
The tC Release Series 5.0 will be on display at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show.

Got excited reading all these different web sites 18"s the wheels and not 19"s 
With the 18's car comes lowed w/TRD springs should look real aggressive |
