Wow...we are SO honored to accept this award. The whole reason why we got involved with SE hawaii was because we wanted our children to have that opportunity to help others in the community and to learn from all of their experiences so that they can continue to appreciate the life that they are enriched in having. And exactly...we continue to teach Karli and Kolby to always be humble and appreciate everything you get no matter what monetary value it is.

We NEVER expected to earn such a deserving award like this. Surprised

We need to thank all of the members of this chapter including those on Maui. Like i said once in an earlier post on some other topic, Kristy lost her only brother 7 years ago and being that I'm the only child, our children really have no other family except us and their grandparents. Being a part of this SE Ohana has allowed them to have so many more "uncles, aunties, and cuzs" and always feel supported and loved.

I also need to thank the many members who have helped me have my car "delivered" and rolled in to various events because Kristy is unable to drive a stick. We've had to depend on so many of you and none have ever complained about it.

Wow...came home, power was back on, but still can't find an appropriate space to hang the plaque on the wall...because, I'm still in Shocked!

Thank you again to each and every one of you out there for this fabulous award!!!
