you read SL.. guys in colorado claiming they already have the highest scion.. LOL

i know the tallest peak and many of the mountians there you cant drive you car up the the summmit and Colorado is 6800ft above sea level..

I proved it with the pic .. unless those syenrgy guys can post a pic with proff SE Has the Highest XB..

When the ferry goes to the Big Island, we should cruise up Mauna Kea to the summit. Tell them to top that! Laughing

some guys just dont know crap.. lol

Well SE HAwaii can claim it untill they can post a real pic with the elevation.. all i know most summits in the USA you cant access it with a car..

Well the road beyond the Onizuka visitors center to the summit is for four wheel drive vehicles only, I have seen a lot of rent a cars up at the summit in the past. A few miles of the road after the visitors center is unpaved gravel. The last few miles to the top is paved to control dust at the summit. Just air up them bags and drive slow. Laughing

mauna kea is the tallest mountain if you measure from the ocean floor to the top.

so, i guess that would make haleakala number 3.

anyways, no place in the world can compare to haleakala.

should have took pics next the silversword, and could have said it's an endangered species and one of the rarest plants in the world.

see if anyone could top that! Laughing

I have pics from when i took the family up to Haleakala. You guys in shorts up there are NUTS!!!!!!. I was there for the sunrise and it was butt puckering cold.

Plus all the silverswords were dying. Gotta catch it during that once every 50 yrs bloom it has

and marshall with all those people on Haleakala for the sunrise if you can get a clean shot off of the xB that would be insane.
