Just tell hunny buns to get some dry ice from Gaspro and put it in the cooler with the guri guri and it will keep it hard for at least a day or two. It is really good and I haven't been able to find anything close to that here on Oahu. But for the best taste you gotta eat it fresh before it is frozen hard.

Guri Guri is sort of like a sorbet/sherbert type of dessert. It is soft like sorbet when eaten fresh at the shop, but is frozen hard when ordered for outer island shipping. It is sold in a two quart pack (1 strawberry and 1 pineapple) per pack. It is humbug to ship, but I think it is worth it.
